Scuba fabric!
The fabric used for this dress immediately made me think of Ross/Marshalls/Clearance Rack scuba fabric. Not what I was expecting. I was totally disappointed to have waisted my time on this dress. I liked the fit but couldn't get over the feel of this fabric.

Hugs the waist! I love that! After I took this off I did notice the bottom back and waist were very wrinkled.
