Many compliments on the spring colors! Nice snug (but forgiving) fit!
I usually wear a 4; I ended up wearing a 2 because this dress is stretchy and forgiving! The top portion was too big for my shoulders - the chest area was fine, but the top of the back sagged downward and open away from my shoulders (can be fixed with some gathering/safety pins and double-sided tape). My usual size of 4 would have been enormous in the shoulder area. I have larger hips and a small waist, and the size 2 fit my hips just fine!

I felt beautiful and received many compliments from other wedding guests. Wish I owned this dress!
The dress is definitely tight in the ribcage area, so go bigger for your backup size (I'm a 34B and got a size 4 -- 6 was slightly too big in chest area). I LOVE the flare on the skirt, it's so fun to twirl (and did a fun Marilyn-Monroe thing when I stepped over an AC vent, ha!). I wore a Nubra but probably could have gotten away with no bra (a regular strapless bra would show in the square dip in the front). The top is very snug though, so it was better than many strapless dresses I've worn in that I wasn't pulling it up all the time.
