Maybe the elastic on the smocked part of this dress was stretched out, but this dress was way too large on me. I ordered a 4 (true to size) and had to belt it, and even then, the back was billowing and way too roomy.

I followed other reviews and sized by 2 sizes, and it was wayyy too big and looked like I was wearing a shiny trash bag. I should have picked my regular size. FYI, this dress is long (hit around my ankles).
