If you have hips, this is for you, comfortable material and can dress up or down. The hip area on me was baggy, however waist was fine. Length is great with boots.

I’m a size 25 and the 0 fit perfectly. Feels snug at first, but there’s definitely give. Recommend not wearing boots with it though as the material “sticks” to the boots.
