Loved this so I bought it. Arrived NWT. So cute and a perfect weight of a sweater- thin but sweatery and I know I won’t sweat. Looking forward to accessorizing with different tips including a white blouse - will look great with the split sleeve design.

Light summer dress but runs long and material is thin
Lovely summer dress with nice detail. It is a bit long and feels like there is too much material. I received it with tags on and the straps already felt like they were stretched out of place. I wore my jeans jacket over it and got compliments. Wish the dress was a bit more fitted. Feels a bit like wearing a sheet as a dress. Not the quality I expect from the Boss brand.

Loved this one. The RTR size recommended ran big on me. I plan to Re-rent a size smaller. Loved the flare in the dress and the details that make this more than your basic black dress. I wore it for a formal work event, with pearls.

A blah dress
A pretty light blue dress. Otherwise very blah. Length is too long and overall it feels frumpy. I felt like a "Laura Ashley goes to work dress." I wore it for the day because I thought it would look fine on zoom but otherwise completely uninspired. I tried to make it look more modern with jewelry and made it look only slightly more contemporary. Skip this one.

The fit was large on me and I had to wear a tank under to avoid cleavage shots. I really liked the top - it looked dressy enough for Zoom to look dressed up and not have to wear a blazer. I wore it 4 times before returning. Consider sizing down from the RTR recommended size. Very light and comfortable.
