I loved this dress and got tons of compliments. Felt great in it. It runs just the slightest bit large. I am almost always a size 2, and I might have been able to get away with a 0, but I was just as happy in the 2 (and likely more comfortable than I would have been in the 0). I'm 5'3" 117 lbs...length was fine. Right to the top of my foot with heels...could have been awkward, but the ruffle makes wherever it falls look intentional IMO. No issues with straps being too long either.

This dress was form fitting in the bodice and very flattering - those considering this dress should be aware that there is very little give in the fabric. I could have worn either the 2r or 4r, but I chose to wear the 2r (with 4'' heels) because it was a little more form fitting and gave me a better shape. Also, the hem on the 4r was seriously wonky... All in all I was very happy with this rental and received tons of compliments. It's really a timeless and elegant silhouette.

I was hesitant to rent this dress because I didn't think it pictured very well. That being said, in person it is absolutely gorgeous. I wore this to a wedding in The Hamptons and received many, many compliments. The fabric and cut has really beautiful movement - it's one of those dresses where you just feel special in it.. Also, it's comfortable! I'm 5' 3'' and the regular was just a little long in the back...I was worried because a few times people were standing on it. I didn't end up being too much of a problem, but it is something to keep in mind. I would love to own this dress!

This dress was my backup, and it was actually much more flattering than I expected. I wore 4 inch heels, and the length was perfect. There is very subtle ruching across the front which is just enough to camouflage imperfections. Very comfortable and would definitely rent a similar Nicole Miller dress for future events.

I loved this dress. I wore it to my sorority's formal; I picked it because I wanted something pretty not sexy, and this fit the bill. It was the cutest little party dress, and I got so many compliments on it. I am not sure why it is listed under the summer weddings section as the material is pretty heavy, and it is better suited to the winter.
