Maybe it's just my skin tone, but I was not in love with this dress. I think it looks great on some of the other girls in the photos, so I'm pretty sure it's just me. I tried on two different sizes and both left me feeling "blah". Also, the lining seemed to be peeking out from under the bottom of the dress, which I wasn't very fond of. Didn't end up wearing it.

I'm close to 5'10" and don't wear heels less than 3 1/2", so I'm always nervous about length of formal dresses, but this was perfect! Wore to a masquerade ball, was great for dancing and twirling. It is a heavier fabric -- I actually thought RTR mistakenly sent a beaded dress when I received it -- but I wore it in the winter so I was thankful for a little extra weight.
