I typically LOVE shoshanna dresses, they always fit me in the right way. Sadly this dress was a little too dated for the bridal shower i was attending. I felt it aged me by 3-4 years.

this statement necklace really jazzes up any black dress, make sure after you have on the necklace you do a quick polish to get rid of any finger prints.

bright poppy red perfect for a summer event
This dress was a back up for me, but once again Shoshanna kills it! The dress is more of a poppy red then a coral color like pictures. I wore a size for to a summer wedding and it was perfect! I think the Kenneth Jay Lane Florentine Garden Necklace is the perfect match for this bright poppy red dress. Did i also mention it has pockets?!

pretty woman sparkle!
I wore this for a fancy night out, and felt like juila roberts in pretty woman (minus the prostitue part) This bracelet turns up the sparkle factor on any wrist! The chain is short leaving only 5 link options, so if you find yourself having largers wrists i'd say skip over this one.

not YMCA proof, but sleek
This dress fit like a glove, DEF need spanx to smooth out any bumps. I loved the idea and look of the dress, sadly it did not pass my YMCA dance move test, the straps would have been a pain if you were planning on doing any dancing. I would consider renting this is i was standing still with my arms at my side all night.

in loved this necklace, it really helped take a simple LBD to the next level. My only issue was one of the clasps of the stones kept coming lose and separating, it actually arrived to my house in separate pieces. RTR should secure this with a plier. other then that it was awesome

This was actually my back up dress. I was able to make an appointment at the NY showroom and have the amazing Whitney dress me head to toe! This is the perfect simple LBD that every women should own. I wore the Shoshanna dress to my boyfriends summer company gala on chelsea piers, it was PERFECT. If you are looking for a LBD that will give you the "wow she is smoking hot" looks but also have wives not feel threatened, then this is the one for you! It was true to size, bonus it has POCKETS, the dress straps also have a small hidden snap to attach to a bra strap that way it never slips. I paired with black fendi heels, and a gorg kendra scott necklace, with a bright green clutch. * full discloser, ive order this same shosanna dress for an upcoming wedding in teal*
