Didn’t wear out of the house
I probably needed to size up. They’re awesome but they were just a bit tight due to the fact that I have a big but. So I’ll rent again and size up to a 12. Apparently going to a 10 wasn’t enough.

They’re Okay
Very comfortable. I got them new with tags and wore them once bc I couldn’t find anything to pair with them that didn’t make me look frumpy. The material is rough and it seemed like the beautiful pattern was cracking on them with wear. I don’t expect them to last long as a rental item.

Obsessed
Loved it so much I bought it! I’m pale but this yellow works on me! Lots of complements. It is tight and a bit heavy but I loved that because I felt covered and clothes and not like I needed a slip under it. Some reviews mentioned the built in slip. I didn’t have an issue with it and I usually do with built in slips. I found making sure my arms were in the right place and then pulling in on only required that I lift the skirt and adjust the slip before dropping the skirt again (hope that made sense.) Highly recommend!

See Thru, Wrinkles, BUT Lovely
This dress is absolutely beautiful in color and the fabric is luxe. It is see through but this is easily fixed with a slip that covers your top and bottom. I got a lot of complements on the dress BUT I personally didn’t love it on me. I felt a bit like Alice in Wonderland. Also the puffy sleeves are super exaggerated, which made me feel like a tall, middle aged woman trying to dress like a little girl. The material does wrinkle really easily but I didn’t think it was as distracting to the aesthetic of the dress as others did. Glad I rented it and wore it for a day but I definitely wouldn’t buy it or rent again.

Horizontal stripes are now fun, flirty and slimming! Cutest dress in the world. Fit is amazing! I bought it because I loved it so much!! Rent this!! Paired with; Gold and white flower earrings by Ann Taylor and a pair of white sneakers for a cute sporty look. Swapped the sneakers for Franco Sarto wedges with light blue/dark blue cloth to dress it up. Keep it smooth with a little shape wear.

Hello Underwear!
Absolutely beautifully made and high quality. So new the tags were still on it. Unfortunately I sent it back with the tags still on. The slit was very high and right in the center of my thighs so it was quite revealing especially if I sat down. You could see my underwear peaking out and at best it was showing a lot of thigh and not in a way that was sexy.

Sexy and Sophisticated Work Dress
Fit well, but did not exactly lay perfectly on me and I had a bit of a gap in my lower back which happens when the waist of a dress doesn't hit exactly at the right place, long waisted ladies with buts you know what I'm talking about. That aside I wore it several times and felt very chic in it. Loved it enough to keep it for two rent cycles, but not enough to buy it.

Beautiful Colors…small fit
Jacket is well made with quality fabric. The fabric is beautiful, bold colors that are perfect for winter and would be even more ideal around the holidays. The jacket fit was a bit small, mostly in the arms. I am tall so my recommendation would be ‘tall girls beware’ short arms and the jacket hits at just below the waist, top of jeans and not at the hip. I pushed the sleeves up to make them appear intentionally 3/4 length.

Weird slit in the front
The skirt fit beautifully and appeared well made. Faux leather can be very cheap looking, but this was not. The only issue (and it was a big one) was the slit in the front. It is dead center and comes up very high. The give from the slit makes the skirt easy to walk in but it feels ‘too high’. When seated the slit comes up to be inches away from my crotch. Never felt like I was in danger of flashing but I felt it was showing way too much inner thigh. I wanted to wear it bc the fit was flattering otherwise but it was just too weird.

Sleek and Sophisticated
This dress fit well and hug in all the right places. The design with the open shoulder/arm was not too difficult to figure out. The material is thick and forgiving. My only issue was the need for some support in the chest area. The heavy, tight fabric was holding my breasts like a sports bra and that was not a flattering look. I would rent this again but get some type of support garment that helps to keep my girls from getting smooshed.

Sheer Dress Leaves Nothing to the Imagination
The colors are fabulous. The dress is in perfect condition. The material is very thin and sheer. When you put your hand under the fabric you can see thru the lighter color. This is somewhat helped by the ruching but not enough for my comfort level. The dress is also very tight. I had rented it thinking it was a fun pick for work but ultimately did not wear it because it felt too much like a Halloween costume.

Bright and Perfect for Summer
I loved this dress but ultimately didn't end up wearing it because it was too cool on the day that I planned to wear it. The top section will not allow for any form of coverage beyond petals. Don't rent if you prefer to wear support garments like a bra. Colors are much brighter in person. Really lovely and well made.

Beware the cleavage
The dress is stunning. For me it requires a bra, without it the top was loose. Challenge with a bra was that the edges kept popping out all night. Also if you wear a bra you need to have an extension strap to go around your waist as the back is just low enough a regular strap will show. I didn’t realize this and had to rig my bra with a Bobby pin. Overall incredible dress for a fall wedding in California by the coast and I’d wear it again knowing about the other issues.

Perfect for Wedding Clutch
The bag is beautiful. I love the celadon green color and the bag is in great shape considering it's been in rental circulation for well over a year (maybe two.) This has been on my Hearts list since it first came out and this was the first opportunity I had to rent it. The bag is small, too small for my everyday but it was perfect for a wedding. Larger than a clutch it held everything I needed for the evening, but wasn't too big and bulky. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Short waisted top be careful
I have this issue with a lot of RTR tops, which is likely related to my height combined with the frequency for which they dry clean their clothes. The top fit but is way too short in the waist and therefore not able to be paired with most of my clothing. I have a few high waisted pieces but none were just right for this top. Disappointing.

If you have a big but and curves you can wear this perfectly!!
Usually when I get pants from RTR they wedge because I have a curvier lower body and bubble but. These pants fit perfect! I loved them!! I wore them with an invite flowy top I bought from WHBM and I kind of looked like Star Wars princess meets trendy day at the office. Would definitely rent again but they’re so memorable this is the kind of thing you can’t wear every week (or month.)

Loved this cape. It was the perfect transitional outerwear changing from winter to spring in CA. It worked outside and when the office was cold I kept it on and it looked great. Big Buts Keep Looking
These pants fit perfectly except for the tush area. I have a bubble but and it was too tight on my rear. I could probably have gotten away with it but the tightness was also uncomfortable. Didn’t wear them. Beautiful and well made so I’d otherwise recommend.

Comfy and Warm
Great casual coat perfect for the transition from winter to spring. It’s warm enough to keep you snug without bringing the insulation of a puffer coat or wool coat. Kind of like wearing a polar fleece without looking like you’re heading to the gym. Pairs great with jeans a a tee shirt. Would rent again!

Edgy Work Slay!

Say YES to this coat!!!!!! I couldn’t love it more!!
OMG one of my favorite all time rentals. I ordered it in November and returned it in April. It was EVERYTHING I needed for winter in California. Warm, stylish, well made, gorgeous color, nice for casual work days and every time I left the house. Went with so much of my wardrobe. Maroon was so in this year and it was such a great statement piece. I would have bought it had RTR increased the discount more than 5%. It was just so amazing. As a tall woman with long arms, if I had one criticism it would be that the arms were a hair too short. Nothing that impeded my overall enjoyment or comfort. Torso length is fine (and I have a long torso) and it was not too bulky as many coats are when you size up for length. If it’s still around next year I’ll rent again. It was perfect for CA winter but SO warm it could make you snug in PA or WA.

Weird but comfy
This sweater fit perfectly on my 5’10 frame. It was comfy and somewhat lightweight. At first I found the turtleneck with the cutout to be odd but I got used to it and felt like paired with jeans it was a great fit. Only wore it once but I would have worn it more if I’d kept it longer. Definitely not a keeper but worth the rent!

Another win for me and Toccin!
I only wore this dress once before I sent it back because it was nearing my holiday vacation time and I wanted to trade it in for more casual pieces. That being said, I LOVED THIS DRESS. I will definitely rent it again I paired it with a small, thin belt that fits around my lower rib cage/high waist area. I definitely recommend doing this (as some RTR-ers show in their pics) as it helps to shape the dress and also add something to the knit dress which is very much a shell fit. I’m sorry I did not take a pic but will when I rent next time!

Cute sweater but I never wore it. Not sure whether it was made this way or the person before me put it in the washer but this was only medium if you’re a small child. I am tall but I have a small set of shoulders and often wear a size S on top. I rented a M and couldn’t even get this sweater over my head. It did appear to be made well otherwise and had it been in my size I would have definitely enjoyed wearing it.

Warm, fun but not overly flattering outerwear
I loved this coat and kept it for over a month. I wore it at least once a week, pairing it with a turtleneck or long-sleeved shirt and a scarf. It is so warm! Also it is cute enough that I kept it on inside my office and wore it all day a few times. While I loved this coat, it isn’t the most flattering piece I’ve ever rented. The thickness of the jacket adds a few lbs and the coat is cut so it’s tight in the shoulders and around your hips and things but has extra fabric in the middle making me look cylinder shaped instead of hourglass. I still adored it but warning to anyone renting this for some type of winter photoshoot or who doesn’t like to dress in things that add bulk to your silhouette.

Fabulous Fashion Statement
Loved this dress! It fit perfectly, hugs curves and is work appropriate. The knit material is thick enough you won’t need to worry about panty lines or needing shape wear to slay in this statement making dress. I paired the dress with hot pink pumps and minimal jewelry. I got tons of compliments, Fact that it is sleeveless makes it best for fall weather (definitely not winter.) I loved it so much I found it online from a retailer and bought it (it was cheaper than buying it from RTR.)

LOVE this sweater!!
Beautiful, warm and great fit! I wore this sweater on Christmas (evening) to go to a casual dinner in San Diego with family. The fact that it looks kind of like a candy cane is why I rented it for the occasion. It fit beautifully and arms were long enough for me (I’m tall.) I paired it with high waisted jeans because it is not long in the torso (tall girls beware) but that worked perfectly and with a pair of boots and a red bag I was ready for a night out in the Gaslamp district! PS- Arms to slide up to elbows nicely for a short sleeve look too.
