Such a gorgeous colour and cut
The dress runs very small. Without spanx the 8 would have been too small and I usually wear a 6. As a result the dress would sneak up a bit. But other than that it was comfortable. Tons of compliments.

Incredible dress. If I could wear this to every single formal event, I would.
Tall girl approved--I did wear flats but more b/c I wanted to. No need for a bra either, the material is thick enough that nothing shows through.

Gorgeous yet underwhelmed
This dress is gorgeous. I got it as a replacement for a dress that was unavailable b/c of damage, and it's probably because I had my heart set on the first dress that I was underwhelmed. The purple is an absolutely beautiful shade. And the cut is gorgeous. It's surprisingly stretchy. I could almost completely take it off without unzipping the dress. And I think because it is so stretchy that the cap sleeves have been stretched out a bit--they didn't fall off but they weren't taunt either. The buttons at the top are really hard to hook, even with the dress off, so if you don't have much shoulder strength/flexibility you'll want someone to do them for you. The hem was not remotely touching the ground, even in flats. But I still wore 2 inch heels because it didn't look terrible--something about how the over-layer of lace sits just kind of makes it blend in so it's not like there's a sharp hem line that makes the shortness super obvious.

It's supposed to have a train, at 6 foot tall, it looked awkwardly hi-low.
I didn't wear this dress--it was my backup. It's gorgeous, sporty, not too stuffy. I liked everything about it except the hem. Somehow I had missed the fact that it's supposed to have a train. On me, even with the long, it was awkward. The front was about 2-3 inches off the ground (in flats) and the back was still trailing. So it looked like a failed hi-low hem. Even in heels it still looked awkward.

Amazing amazing amazing
This dress fits like a glove. I got tons of compliments and several other ladies said they thought I had the best dress of the night. The built in bodice is so secure you don't have to worry about anything moving. The length is great--I'm only a little under 6 foot and wore 2 inch heels and while it didn't touch the floor in the front it also wasn't awkwardly high. You have to be a little careful when standing up from a chair as it's easy to get your heels caught, and I did trip once while walking because my heel caught the back. Loved wearing it and was so sad to send it back.

Perfect for the super tall!
This dress is absolutely perfect for the super tall--I'm just a smidgen under 6 foot and in my bare feet the dress had a bit of excess on the ground. I loved the skirt. Unfortunately though the bodice was very loose on me so I didn't wind up wearing the dress (the size 4 wasn't available) but for another event I would order it in the smaller size because it is fantastic. (The picture I've attached I'm in my bare feet, and no picture of the upper portion b/c it was really too big.)

The dress fit great BUT the hem was so raggedy
The dress is gorgeous, my husband loved it. But I didn't wear it because the hem was so raggedy and shorter than I had hoped. At barely under 6 foot the hem was a good few inches off the floor barefoot (please excuse my barefoot photo) and sadly the bottom layer was noticeably longer than the delicate top layer. Other than the length the dress fits exceedingly well and would be very comfortable to wear for an event.

Easy to wear yet lots of compliments.
Taking the dress out of the box it didn't have a lot of wow factor just looking at it, but once on it was lovely. It's a giving fit--enough stretch to work if a tad small but not too stretchy so as to be too loose. Some reviews said it didn't bother them under their arms but I had a slight abrasion rash. Without help to get into the dress it's like jumping through a rabbit hole but if you have someone to hold the dress open it's much easier. I'm almost 6 foot so having a dress touch the floor is a forgotten ideal. This one came close but with my heels on it definitely was 4-5 inches off the ground. I got a lot of compliments about the dress during the event which was very formal and felt like it was the perfect level of sparkly and sassy yet elegant.
