Sooo comfortable yet still flattering
This dress is perfect. The armpit is cut high for full coverage. Draping gives a nice silhouette, but is forgiving across the tummy. Material is stretchy so it is very comfortable. The material is also heavy so the dress looks and feels expensive. I received compliments all night long. The dress runs a tad bit big. I usually wear a size 8, and I wore the 8, but probably could have fit in the size 6 (which was not available).

Classic Beauty!
Great dress. I ended up not wearing it because I thought it was a bit too formal for my event and I loved the other dress I received from RTR. I hope I have a chance to rent this again. It is stunning. My 13-year-old son told me I looked like a model in it! Be aware that dress is a little on the short side for a full length gown.

Beautiful dress but it is too long
I loved this dress and wanted to make it work, but it was way too long. I am 5'8" and even with 4-inch heels, 2 inches of the dress were dragging on the floor. I was tempted to try the temporary hem tape the stylist recommended, but the body of the dress was also a bit loose, and the size 6 was not available.

More than a LBD
This is a great dress if you want to stand out in a sea of little black dresses. The top is definitely GOLD. I was hoping it would be more ivory w/gold tones. Nice details with the bow at the waist and the black buttons up the back. Figure flattering!

Unique!
I didn't love the royal blue hem aplique of the dress. It made me feel a bit like Pebbles from the Flintstones! I did get several compliments and overall I was pleased with the fit and colors of the rest of the dress. There is a lot of room in the top if you have a large chest, but you can't wear a good bra because the dress is backless. I am a B cup and used a backless adhesive bra which worked for me. The waistband hit at my natural waist and gave me a nice hourglass silhouette.
