I loved wearing this dress and I got tons of compliments! I am a true size 8 and the fit was great. The material is very comfortable. The ruffle detail on the front is perfect to cover imperfections (or that "I've had 3 c-sections tummy"). I only gave 4 stars because it was not the length I like for a gown- exactly floor length. I wore the high heels I bought with it anyway but I could have gotten away with flats. Regardless of that, I highly recommend the dress.

I chose the smaller of the two options I rented because I liked the snug fit. I'm smaller up top and heavier of bottom- definitely an hour glass. I would buy size 8 pants. I chose the size 6 because I wanted the better fit in the chest and just lived with the fact that I was showing a little more leg than I expected. And can we just say it doesn't matter what size you are, you can rock this dress??!! I ran into my girlfriend who rented the EXACT same dress and we owned the party together! :)

This dress fits true to size. It was my back up and I did not end up wearing it but it is beautiful. Mostly purples if you're considering accessories before the arrival and your dress. The dress is empire wasted so t is very forgiving through the middle...It would be perfect if you've got a baby bump to dress up!

I was hesitant to rent this dress because it I felt like it looked best in straight girls. I'm anything but straight and I felt great in it! Here are the things you need to know... It runs very small. I am a true 8 and the 10 was snug. You don't need Spanx, the material and stretch in the dress are tight enough, also I tried s couple of different types and you can see the any kind of line through this material. I am not busty at all and I don't think this would work for someone it was very busty. My least favorupart was the seem between the bodice and the skirt, it folded over in the back and I was not a fan of how it looked. However, it did not deter me from wearing it at all. I felt sexy and beautiful!

I would definitely say this piece runs true to size to large. I am larger on bottom and smaller on top. I am typically a size 8 and that is what I wore. The belt really helps give the outfit some shape and pulls together what would be a very loose fit otherwise. I wore this to dinner at a fine dining restaurant with my husband and I was perfectly dressed. The fabric was thick and of high quality. It was great for an early spring evening in Carolina. I highly recommend this piece.
