Super cute blouse.
I normally wear a 14 but after reading the reviews. I sized up to a 16. I still felt that it was tight across the back and in the arms.

It was too tight for me in the mid-section. Otherwise, I thought it was a pretty skirt to wear to work or a nice dinner.
