Beautiful, fun, formal clutch!
hard, plastic material, but very well made. Felt expensive, I didn't want to put it down I loved it so much. Sparkly and fun with small chain if you want it.

Thick, stretchy material. Good length.
Small train, so it got stepped on some when dancing, but the train was really pretty. I am 5'9", and it was almost too short with 4 inch heals, but it worked perfect. Very elegant and expensive looking. Slimming but pretty tight.
