If you're over 5'7 this probably won't work for you
I am tall and slim and this sadly did not work for me. Runs short, and is very uncomfortable, though I could have withstood that for the right aesthetic, but the built in coverage simply fell in all the wrong places on a tall person, and was overall kind of obscene? and not in a chic kate moss way. Also notable, it reads as somewhat mother-of-the-bride/matronly, in the silhouette. If you are short and rail thin, this could be a great look

Things I was looking for but didn't see clearly articulated in reviews when I was looking to rent this dress: 1. The fabric is more casual and thinner than it appears in photos. It has no sheen; it neither clings to the body unhelpfully, nor does it suck you in or make you look better. 2. Dress still appears formal thanks to the silhouette and draping, which photographs well; if you want it to hang like it does on the model, size up one. I always wear xs in dresses, but I rented and wore the small. If you're a true 00 or 0, and below 5'6, the XS will probably work. 3. This dress runs slightly short. At 5'8 I could only wear kitten heels.

A Fall/Spring Coat
Despite being wool, this coat is very lightweight and feels more like a layer/heavy duster than a winter coat. It looks just as pictured, but overall it is much thinner and lighter than it appears in images. Just a heads up.

Runs a full size large
I am not a size 0. I am only a size 0 in things that run large to size. Hard stop. This was too large for me in my bust and through the bodice which truly surprised me, given that I am by no means small in the bust. Size down! strong 90's supermodel vibes and could be so beautiful with delicate jewelry and hair swept up.

Fit very true to size, but did "smush" my bust a bit. Was otherwise airy, well constructed and pretty. The cutout was larger on me than it appears in the photo. Between the shoulder detail and the ditzy floral, reads as excessively feminine, which wasn't for me but is overall a beautiful affect, if that's your vibe.

And less chic than anticipated. I rented the 4 as opposed to my standard 2 because that was the size available (and sometimes I wear my coats oversized up to a 6 for both the look and the ability to wear layers), but it was large in a clunky way that read as unpolished and drab. From images of other renters, it would appear that wen it fits properly it looks great, so do yourself a favor and size down!

This is a beautiful dress for fall or even summer, but the fit is off; Ulla tends to run large to size, but this was particularly large to size in the waist, which is problematic in a dress with this kind of volume in the sleeves and bodice. The actual construction and look of the dress is fantastic. More event worthy than every day.

I have a slim hourglass shape with a full bust and yet I found this dress to be a little large in the bust, not particularly supportive, and small in the hips, which rarely happens to me. However, the pattern and overall look of the dress is *extremely* chic, so if you're built straight up and down, or larger on top than bottom, it's worth a shot!

A beautiful dress but sadly the boning near the chest (imagine two parallel lines that run the length of your bust) was unflattering/ matronly on top of a full bust. Maybe better on a smaller chest? Otherwise it is great quality and fully lined, and the overall effect is ethereal.

The fabric and construction feel opulent and luxurious, but the fit is tough. The bust runs a little bit small, which wouldn't be an issue if the drop waist wasn't so large to size. It starts to flare outwards immediately below the bust line, so there isn't much of a waistline happening either. If it were nipped in at the waist it would be truly special. Best for a Black tie occasion in cooler weather.

Large in the bust, a little extra room in the waist, very tight through the hips. The actual dress is beautifully constructed, luxe and sparkly- if you are straight up and down OR have a large bust and narrow hips, this is for you.

The biggest issue with this dress is that it just gives really strong "bridesmaid" vibes. It is conservative, elegant, and the material is nice, though the color is a little fickle. But it doesn't bring a ton to the table in terms of a "special" factor.

The back! is divine! Unfortunately the front has too much fabric in the bust area unless you are broad chested or have very large breasts (I say this as a 30E). If I owned it I would happily have it taken in and rock it is it is meant to be worn because despite its flaws it *feels* couture. I also found the waist to run a bit large to size and advise sizing down.

This dress is beautiful, particularly the silhouette. The lace is starting to show some wear, probably from being a popular rental. Even so, it is quite pretty and I likely would have worn it, but the bust area is simply too small for anyone over a C cup (I'm a 30DD) unless you are into the whole 17th century heaving bosoms vibe.

Adored the look of it but I imagine the larger size would be easier to use (difficult to pull out wallet, phone etc.) Still used it frequently as it was comfortable to wear and matched everything. Very French girl chic. Came w some scratches which was sad but not very noticeable.

Demure and sophisticated
Was a great pick for a chilly outdoor fall wedding. Was modest, comfortable, but still very pretty. The slit gave it a much needed youthful kick. On a sizing note, I typically find Saloni to run on the small side. This dress felt surprisingly large/loose in the waist to me, but I have a narrow waist, so keep that in mind if you are built similarly.
