Cute!
Sleeves are loose. Does slide off the shoulders a bit. Flattering cut and I got lots of compliments.

I wanted to make it work but the neck is so snug I felt like I would be suffocating myself. If you have a skinny neck it may work for you.

It fit comfortably and is a mid weight, not too stiff. The matching cardigan was too long and boxy so I wore a tailored blazer instead.
