I have used this bag a couple times and it is pretty cute. Went perfect with this outfit which is also from RTR.

Slightly tight if you got booty
I wore this outfit for a baby shower. Lots of compliments. The skirt was a bit tight on my hips. I was able to wear and while standing and walking was fine. I avoided sitting (it is short and the tightness). But overall I recommend specially with the blazer to match it.
