I love the bag for Crossbody. It looks like the strap is adjustable, but in reality, it doesn't work to shorten it. I would've liked to been able to shorten it on my shoulder.

It took some playing with it so that it didn’t look super frumpy. Got it to work with the right heals and gold belt but not a keeper. It also runs big in the shoulders and is very long.
