Perfect Eras Tour outfit
In the photos, this appears to have one lapel. It does not have lapels. However, this was absolutely perfect for Pittsburgh (weather mid-70s with slight showers in afternoon, then clear and windy and high 50s later). I wore it with jeans, a black top, and black sneakers. I didn’t feel like I was in a total costume but just like I got the dress code right AND still felt like myself, if you get what I mean.

I was looking for a cute sparkly top to wear with more casual black pants for a night out in Las Vegas. The colors of this were pretty and it looked different with the long sleeves. I was so excited to try it on… and then I looked in the mirror and realized I looked like a court jester. A rather fabulous one, sure, but this is unquestionably the most unflattering thing I’ve tried from RTR. If I wore it to Cirque de Soleil it would read like cosplay! I think it looked great on the model and other reviewers but wow did I choose poorly here.

Average hoodie
I rented this bc I had covid and had a swap left but only needed something comfy for staying in my house. This is fine but nothing special. The hoodie fit okay but the pants were too short. Not the same quality I remember from Splendid maybe 10 years back when I had a bunch of dresses and shirts from them.

Love the pattern, don't think fabric will hold up well over time
There's a bit of a mohair texture to this, which in my experience usually doesn't mean the sweater will look so great after being drycleaned multiple times. The buttons are a nice touch, and the colors were great, but I was glad I rented this instead of buying it.

Looked cute on the model... looked silly on me! I'm short-waisted, and these came up so high they were uncomfortable. No way would I last a day in these. Usually a 30 is on the baggy side for me.

Not a practical work top
The neck is an inch too low for me-- needed fashion tape. The sleeve ties have to be tied before you put the blouse on (unless you're way more flexible than I am!). Not a memorable rental. Really really miss the old plan where I could send this back right away! I hate having to hold onto things that don't work or feel like I'm not getting the full value of my membership! :(

Adorable little chunk of a bag
It really is cute, with the color and the short puffy shape. The chain handle has some extra detail in the chain, but it's thin enough to slip inside the bag if you want to carry by the handles. Held my wallet, phone, airpods, lip balm-- not much room for anything more but perfect for my needs.

Surprisingly neutral!
Even with a major print (see the orange floral Marni sundress I reviewed!) this works nicely. It's comfortable to carry and light. I've used it as a regular tote bag and as a gym bag. Did not realize the designer's name is on it in rather large font (which I usually avoid) but it is less obvious bc of the tie-dyed effect, and I just carry that side inward.

Runs small but the 48 was right for me
I'm usually a 10 or 12 in US sizing (more like a 12 on top, usually). This dress fit perfectly. I'm also short-waisted, so anything with a defined waist is a gamble, but this was perfect. Great crisp fabric, not too heavy, really lovely print.

Oddly tight top
I liked the fabric on this, but the shoulders and bust seemed really tight. Sizing up would make the rest of the dress too large on me. RTR, I really miss your old system-- this is something I would've sent back immediately. It seems like about 25% of what I rent is a complete miss, and I hate having to wait until other things are ready to go back (or know I'm not maximizing the value of my membership by limiting how many things I can try in a month). This makes business sense for you, I know, but ugh-- I am a long-term and unhappy customer.

These are made of a rather scratchy knit, and the elastic waistband twists in its channel. I wore them for about 15 minutes and gave up.

Beautiful... as a wedding dress!
Thought this might be a nice beachy sundress for a family vacation. It's beautifully designed and fit very well, but this is shiny satin fabric that screams bridal. Was too much for me but would be a gorgeous dress for a more formal occasion!

I like this sort of easy sundress quite a bit, and this is nice. The pattern is pretty and the stitching on the skirt is a nice touch. Not my favorite rental ever but a pretty dress I'm glad to wear and swap out for something else!

Short and needs a slip
This is a very pretty dress, but it is quite short in front (I'm 5'7"). My main issue was the buttons on the skirt portion of the dress. There is a strip of lining fabric behind the buttons, and this stays in place pretty well on top, and the skirt itself has a white lining, but it looks like you can see through the buttons when you're walking. I would recommend a (very short) nude full slip.

Beautifully constructed; was too spring-ish for the weather of the event I was attending
It fit perfectly and the cut is great. Pattern is a little old-school (I had something very similar in the mid 90s) but it's clearly a designer dress.

This is a nice bag. It's quite jingle-y, though, so probably not the best choice for spies or librarians (not that those need be mutually exclusive). Wish drawstring could close fully.

Love the strap so much
I wish the bag didn't have the Wonder appliqué... found myself carrying it with that side in. It's an ok size but iirc there's only one thin pocket inside, which wouldn't work well for travel, etc. Fun rental.

This barely fit my wallet and Pixel 2 phone. It's a great bag (and maybe I need to downsize the wallet) but it was just a touch too small inside for me to consider buying it. Love this designer, though, and it's an expensive-looking bag.

Dressier upgrade to an LBD that's still corporate-function appropriate
I have pretty long arms, and the cuffs on this dress were long on me. It made things like selecting hors d'oeuvres from a buffet table awkward. The dress itself was comfortable, though the wrap tie didn't line up terribly well with my body shape. I may have needed to size down. Solid RTR choice.

Very well made like other TB bags. Hardware looks expensive. I kept scraping my hand on the zipper and found it just a tad too small for my normal wallet, but if you travel light it's a great little bag.

Pretty bag, but lack of shoulder strap makes it less useful
It's a very nice bag, especially for fall. The lack of shoulder strap was an issue-- it got annoying holding it by the small handles, and it's not the right size/shape to hold at your elbow/forearm. Also, to be extra picky, the little tag thing didn't quite lie right against the handle. Was happy to rent it and be able to return it for something different.

Beautiful bag, perfect for fall
I love this bag-- the color is gorgeous. The whole thing is understated luxury. I thought the clasp would be a pain, but it's actually quite easy to access in a hurry and it holds well. The strap clips do catch on the leather of the flap sometimes but it's easy to fix.

Perfect for a one-day business trip
I wore this on a one-day trip to Chicago for work. It's on the shorter side, but with flats and opaque tights, it was fine. The stitching on the sleeves is a beautiful detail. It's lined, it has a bit of stretch, and it's warm if you're in a chilly meeting room. May have to buy this one.
