Waist is way too big - without tightening it would have fallen to my ankles. If I did tighten it, it would fold over weird and sit like a bubble skirt. It was weird and not in a good way.

Can dress it up or down
I wore this to a festival and on a date to a restaurant, but I could also see someone wearing this as a beach coverup. I’m short and I liked that I was able to adjust where the waistline sat to make my legs look a little bit longer.
