tight but lovely
this is a perfectly lovely gown, if a little ho-hum. On me, I just felt like it read a little bit too "mother of the bride."

LOVE THIS DRESS
i haven'y actually worn this dress out yet, i was just doing a preliinary try-on to make sure i order the right size for my event in august, a black tie wedding in NYC. I am so excited to find this unique style! Strangely it's also incredibly comfortable and moves well with just the right amount of swinginess to the skirt. I tried on the 12L and 12R, the L is exactly to the floor on me and I am 5'6". The R was ok too though, just skimmed the tops of my toe while wearing heels. Can't wait to wear it!

love the vintage look of this in the photo, but unfortunately, in person, it is sized too small to zip all the way up (I am never more than a 12 and the 12 wouldn't zip, even though i'm more typically an 8 or 10). I also didn't notice in the photo that the whole body of the dress is covered in polka-dotted tulle like the sleeve, and it's twisted in the front in a way that ADDS BULK to the front so it makes it look like your stomach sticks out

these are showstoppers!
they're jsut a bit heavier than i'd like and are hard to wear for an entire evening for that reason, unless you're an earring pro and don't mind heavier stuff. My ears really hurt after a couple of hours. But they are gorgeous
