Better than you think!
Perfect summer top for office or casual. I’m a medium almost always. This worked well but want to try the small for slightly more fitted look. The fitted waist look great no matter if you go small or larger.

Top more structured than it looks
Top is not a T-shirt it’s structured and dress is fully lined. Wore in hottest 90 degree weather in NYC and didn’t see an on ounce of sweat through the dress. Good for work only for shorties. Otherwise too short.

I love Tibi. This jacket looked fine from the front. It's a bit boxy which doesn't work entirely for the cut. The back has a cutout at lower back (like a riding jacket). Since I'm petite, this hit too low and looked a bit off. Otherwise a great, and well made jacket

Shrunken polo - rather hade a regular polo
I'm a big fan of Tibi. This shirt missed the mark. It's fine for a shrunken polo top. I'm a M and got a L so that it was not too fitted for work. The asymmetry in the neckline did nothing for the design, imo. Looks best worn buttoned all the way up.

The details elevate this basic shirt
Fit is big and boxy. With that in mind, it could be difficult to style. I wore tucked in with a skirt (too much fabric to tuck w/pants). I also wore tied with pants - left last few buttons undone and tied together. It was ok - details like buttons and cuffs made it elevated for a basic shirt.

Runway worthy and everyday elevated
Love this jacket. Barrel cut shape that is very runway 2024. Can wear to work and every day and get compliments. Style oversized so ok to get your usual size or go down one and it should still work. I work the 36 and 38 and both looked great. Y’all, please stop washing (and drying) these rentals. I got one that had been put in a dryer and it’s not ok. Changes shape and pulls the lining as the denim shrinks. Let RTR dry clean it so we all get to enjoy this beauty. 🙏🏼

One of my fave designers missed the mark on this one
It’s a scrub top that is tighter on the chest and lower cut. If you’re a doc and want to turn heads in your sexy scrub top, this is for you. The 38 was too tight on the breasts and squashed me like I was wearing a training bra. It’s a pass for me.

I just couldn’t do it at work. It’s perfect for those occasions where you want to turn heads and get compliments. I’m a 6/8 in designer dresses. I’m also narrow on the shoulders and the M was too tight under the arms which is unusual for me. If you’re more hourglass on top, size up.
