Light weight gorgeous velvet fabric
Wore this dress to a September black tie wedding- fabric was perfect- black velvet but not at all heavy- just the right amount of give- I ordered a 10 and an 8 wore the 8- needed a strapless bra the only thing that surprised me but it was amazing!

This dress was amazing- so comfortable and gorgeous! Lots of compliments!
I wore the 10 which was kind of a size down for me. The cut around the arms was comfortable and quite flattering. You need a racer back or strapless bra. Through the middle (I ten to carry my weight in my abdomen) it was loose, flown, I never felt restricted in any way. The flounce at the bottom was just the right touch to dress it up an extra notch for the wedding. I got tons of compliments as to the coloring and shimmer of the fabric! I would definitely wear this again!
