Great dress for girls with chests that are a larger size dress than their waist because the top is stretchy but the waist is form fitting with a bow. I received so many compliments on this dress! It was thick, high quality fabric with a slight shine from the metallic. I also loved the pockets. The dress was elegant but had a fun peak a boo cut in the back. The only problem I could see was that my larger, back up size skirt was pretty poofy and not as flattering but my true size was perfect.
