ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS DRESS!
The material is soft, the color is vibrant cobalt blue (you will stand out in a crowd of muted black and grey), the length is a tad bit long, and it is super comfortable. The only downside is that the bust area (for me) was too big. Great dress, but you need more than a B cup to fill it.

Beautiful, I received lots of compliments.
Definitely an off-shoulder dress although it does not appear so from pictures Sleeves are a bit heavy, so it kept falling off my shoulder. Overall, lovely dress, but beware the sleeves.
