Fun casual work alternative!
The fit is tighter than I was expecting around the hips. It fit very well, but just be cognizant of that--I certainly wouldn't size down, despite the image of a sheath-like style.

Really great casual alternative to a blazer. The fit is wider in front & narrower in back.
The sleeves are a bit long and the fit runs just a tad too large--but nothing too detrimental! Just not as tailored as I was expecting.
