Small around the hips. Rent an 8 if you are pear shaped and normally wear a 6

I have already rented it in different colors.
I love this dress. I have rented it in different colors. I fit into the 2 and the 4 because the straps are adjustable. The liner in the inside is not very comfortable when sitting down.

This was a very comfortable dress!
The fabric was stretchy but firm enough to hug your body in. The cleavage was nice but never low. Overall, I was very comfortable in this dress. The only problem would be how narrow it was on the legs. I could not spread my legs on the bottom part. So I had to take small steps. I am 5ft 6" and the Long was not long at all

This was very short, I could not wear it.
The hip area is very tight and I would would recommend going a size up. It was also VERY short. It did not look like the model at all. I am 5ft 6in and the 6R ran very short.

The hip area is VERY small. I normally wear 4 or 6. I think I would for sure have to wear an 8 in this one. Don't recommend if you have a pear shape body.

Perfect for a day wedding
This dress definitely fit to size very well. The worst part about this dress is a weird lining that is so uncomfortable to sit on!! It is very uncomfortable to sit on it. The skin on my thighs hurt. However, if you want to look gorgeous in a bright blue dress during a day wedding, wear this!!

One of my favorite monique dresses. It has and elegant fabric. It has a beautiful opening in the back. It fits very comfortably. Makes you feel very elegant and comfortable.

This dress was a gorgeous red. I felt it needed a little glamour for the formal event so I added the belt. The cut on the chest was beautiful and sexy. It also had a slit the looked great!

It runs a little large. Its not too thick so you can layer it up. Super comfy and got a lot of compliments on it!! I love how soft the fur part is. It sheds a lot though... Bring a small lint roller with you :)

The dress fits big on the waste. If you have a smaller waist and bigger hips this dress will make you look like you have no butt and no waste. That is the biggest disadvantage: not being able to taylor dresses when you rent. Otherwise, the color and fabric were beautiful.

Best decision I could have made
