Elegant for formal event
Pros; 5'9 and the long length was perfect with 2.5 inch heel Overall a comfortable fit Flattering for a variety of body types -true to size Cons I could have gone without the greenish sparkle on the lace but not a deal braker I rented the necklace they advertise with it but it was a bit too heavy for me

Great material but too short
I sized up for this from a 12L to a 14L based on reviews. I'm 5'9 and the Long was still way too short....even a small heel would have looked bad so I chose not to wear it. The fabric of this dress is beautiful-as other reviewers noted-it's thick and flattering. Overall not sure I would recommend this dress for a pear shape body as it hugged a little too much through the hips/thighs while being a little loose on top...probably best for athletic or hourglass.

Comfortable & Pretty Fabric
I'm 5'9 and length for 12L was good with flats. The skirt has a lot of material/pockets which I felt added to the hip area not in the best way. If you an size down for a spare and are smaller on top (it's fairly roomy in the top already) you may find that to be more flattering. I would say great for a dressier shower/party or casual wedding

Good for Informal Event
The material of this dress feels like a heavy cotton so it's pretty casual and would probably be bet for a spring/summer day time event. I'm 5'9 and the length on the large was maybe 2-3 inches above my knee so a comfortable length but a little too big in the top. It's roomy through the shoulders/chest area so if you are smaller on top I'd size down especially if you aren 't worried about the length.

Fun Design & Well Made
Wore this to an evening wedding in Palm Springs. The top has a nice structure and the over the shoulder strap is more comfortable/stays in place better than it seems like it would. I was even on crutches while wearing this dress and the top cooperated nicely. The bottom is very comfortable and just the right amount of material so the dress flows nicely without being too much dress. I'm 5'9 and wore a regular in length with flat sandals and it was the perfect length.

Beautiful color!
I rented both a 10R and 12L. I would say the top runs true to size and the bottom runs a pinch small. Long length was perfect with 2 inch heels. I'd suggest getting a size up as your backup if you have hips /a butt as you may want a little extra room bc the fabric is def form fitting (no stretch to it) but it hangs really nicely if the size is right. Wore it to a black tie optional summer wedding. Overall a fantastic color, and I felt great in it!
