This dress was amazing. The fabric is substantial and has a bit of stretch, so it was very forgiving. The rouching over the lower abdomen was very concealing, so I didn't even have to wear slimming undergarments and I still felt slim and sleek. No need for a bra either. The regular length was fine for both 2.75" and 3.75" heels (I wore the shorter ones). I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat.

I was 28 weeks pregnant with my third child when I wore this dress, so I was probably as big as someone 32-24 weeks with a first baby. The waistline hit right above my bump, and it was perfect. The 12 would have been a bit roomier in the bust, but the 10 gave a bit more definition around my waist and I could still breathe enough to dance. This is a great option for a maternity dress!
