I ordered the 6 and the 8 and ended up wearing the 8 as the top is very tight. Per the comments, I needed a second set of hands to zip the top up. I am a 34DD and the top fit perfect. I did end up bruising a bit from the boning after wearing it for ~12 hours. But it looked fabulous!

This dress fit like a dream. It was a bit stretchy in the right places so I could enjoy the night. I ordered the 8R and the 10R but never had to try on the 10. The 8 fit as expected. I am a 34DD and the top covered and held in what I needed it to. I wore 3" black heels and it hit the ground perfectly.
