I wore this dress to my bestie's August beach wedding, and it was the perfect outfit.
If you're gonna wear this dress, be prepared to get complimented over and over and over. Herve Leger knows how to accent a lady's curves. As others have said, I'd agree with two things: 1. The size that fits you best is the one you need an assist to get into. I could zip the S by myself, but it bunched in weird places. I had help getting zipped into the XS, but it fit like a glove and garnished me compliments all night. 2. You do NOT need to wear a bra with this, and even pasties are optional: the gauze style kept everything in place and the fabric is thick enough I felt covered and not at all self conscious, even with 34Cs. For the record, I went completely commando underneath to minimize pantie lines -- it's that formfitting. I paired this dress with the Jules Smith gold Tri Wire Collar, which was the perfect accent piece: there was a lot of skin above the neckline, and the 3 rings broke it up in a classy way. Shoes were black peep toes from several seasons ago (ceremony) and flat black sandals (reception). I brought along a JCrew black cardigan with rhinestone buttons just in case, which also paired nicely.

I wore this to attend one of my bestie's weddings.
This necklace was surprisingly heavy, which was nice. It also had a narrow opening, which was fine for me, but might not be ideal for someone with a little more meat on her bones. I paired it with Herve Leger's Along the Lines sheath dress because I anticipated a lot of visible skin above the neckline: the gold necklace took the look to classy in a heartbeat. A great piece.
