Made for specific body types... Not mine
I'm usually a true 6, but couldn't zip this 6 due to my large rib cage. The 6 I received also had a relatively noticeable stain (like a grease stain) on the front fluttery part. The 8 zipped fine but was so loose in the chest that it kept slipping down and showing my bra. Im a 32C/34B...This is probably a great fit for a girl with a small rib cage and large chest. RTR customer service was excellent though.. Gave me a full credit because I couldn't wear the dresses.

Pretty color, VERY form fitting
This was my backup dress and I didn't wear it because I liked my first choice better. I probably wouldn't have been comfortable in this at a family wedding -- true to size, but just very tight. Might have been better with Spanx.

Great party dress
Runs large. I am usually a 6 but sometimes 8 due to my large rib cage. I wore the 44 (6) but wish the 42 had been available as a backup. Even with the looser fit, I still loved the dress. It's beautiful, and heavy but not hot -- ok for formal summer events.

Perfect for a company charity event
This dress is extremely comfortable and flattering, but will not show you off. It was perfect for a classy work event, but I wouldn't necessarily rent this for a party or wedding. I'm 5'6" and the length was just longer than mid-thigh. Fit great in arm area; I didn't think it was too tight at all, and I don't consider myself to have skinny arms. I really liked the thicker fabric -- not too heavy, but weighty enough to make it feel formal. Would rent again.

Obsessed with this dress ... Never wanted to take it off!!
This dress is so beautiful, chic and classic with just the right amount of color. I rented the size 6 and it fit like it was made for me. The fabric has just a bit of stretch and it is thick enough to not show any lumps or lines. The cut of the dress is extremely flattering and accentuates the smallest part of the waist. Loved that the skirt puffed out a bit. I didn't have any problems with the sequined skirt riding up while I was standing or walking, but yes, it will ride up when you sit down. Luckily the full skirt still fans out, so I never felt self conscious. It was incredibly comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress... wanted to keep it!!!

Gorgeous dress, even prettier in person
I rented this dress for a formal dinner and Broadway show in NYC. I am 5'6", 135 lbs, and ordered a size 6 with a 4 as a backup. I was surprised to get an email a couple of days before my event letting me know that the 4 was unavailable. Fortunately, the 6 ended up being perfect. Like most reviewers, I'm sure I could have fit into the smaller size, but it's a sheath dress and is designed to be a little loose (and it's actually much more flattering in person than in pictures). It was comfy but appropriately dressy for a warm spring night. The color is lovely and I got a lot of compliments. Great pick!

Sexy, form-fitting cocktail dress
Gorgeous, high quality dress. I chose this as my backup option for a formal event but didn't wear it because I fell in love with my first pick. It is a little on the tight side, I would definitely recommend sizing up for backup. I am usually a S/M, ordered a medium, but would have actually liked to have tried the large. The straps are a little long, so be prepared for either a low-cut neckline or loose straps. Definitely a dress to show off the bod -- spanx never hurts!

unique dress and pretty pattern, but not so flattering on me
I rented this as my free birthday dress with RTR Pro, but didn't end up wearing it for my night out. First of all, I think it runs a little big. I'm usually a 6 (12) but wish I had gotten the 4 (10) as my backup. The sleeves puffed up at the shoulders and the zipper puckered in the back. Also, I have an athletic build with narrow hips, and I felt the cut of the dress drew attention to my shoulders, making them appear broader. The dress has a gorgeous, unique pattern and is made with really high quality material, but it just didn't look right on me. Probably best for pear or curvier shapes.

Lovely bangles -- not too heavy, not so light that they bounced around. They also didn't make a lot of noise, which can be a problem with multiple bangles. Loved the mix of gold and crystal sparkle, can be worn with gold or silver jewelry.

Classic black dress with lovely details
I rented this dress for a black tie charity gala with coworkers and it was perfect -- plenty modest enough. I am 5'6" and I wore the 8L because I have a larger ribcage, otherwise the 6L would have been perfect. I wore it with 4" heels and the bottom of the dress just grazed the ground. The lace trim looks nicer in person, and as others have said, the belt will not stay clasped. I just tied it and it looked fine. I didn't feel the slit was too high -- you need something to balance out the high neckline!
