Ohh this dress is gorg. I wore it to a December wedding and got tons of compliments. I ended up having to borrow double sided tape and a safety pin from the bridal suite to secure myself in but I should have known that ahead of time because it's so low cut. The fabric is beautiful and photographs well (people were even complimenting the dress in photo booth photos that I took, where only a sleeve was showing!). I ordered a M and L and ended up going with the L. I couldn't even pull the M over my waist but the L fit just right. I read in a previous review that you could take out the shoulder poofs. (I was just a little concerned because I'm broad shouldered.) This was not the case with mine but it looked great/very fashionable with them. Definitely recommend! It only gets 4 stars because of my scramble to secure the low cut.

I wore this dress for a daytime, spring event (Kentucky Derby). This dress is adorable. The little bralette that comes with it makes it so easy and allows for a small pop of skin around the waistline. The color is perfect with a deep tan. (It didn't look good until I got a spray tan). It runs true to size and I loved the small flirty flounce in the skirt.

It fit true to size. I absolutely adored this dress and it was PERFECT for the Kentucky Oaks race. The fabric is nice and thick, so it would have been a bit toasty for a day-time, outdoor event had the weather been hotter but it happened to be pretty mild. There isn't a lot of give in the pencil skirt so I don't suggest it for an event where you will be dancing a ton. The dress is extremely well-made and the fabric is very nice. However, if you're traveling with the dress, bring a steamer. When I pulled it out, the skirt had a few wrinkles. All-in-all, everyone loved my look. This dress is timeless and classy.

I wore the top with the baroque skirt. Keep in mind you cannot order the set and get 2 sizes in BOTH the skirt and top. I went with a size 4 (I'm usually a 4 or 6). I wanted a little tummy to show so that you could see they were two separate pieces. Not too much showed but just the right amount. The top fit just fine and wasn't too snug, even with my broad shoulders. I decided not to pair it with a statement necklace. I got so many compliments from people young and old. 63 Facebook "likes" on the photo posted from the wedding and a ton of comments about how gorgeous my outfit was.

This was a super charming outfit for a southern Charleston wedding. I wore the skirt with the matching top, silver jewelry and nude pumps. I got SO many compliments from all ages. It's classy, timeless, and an hour in I realized I had pockets! - Nothing better. I'm so glad I ordered 2 sizes in the skirt because the zipper on the larger size broke while walking to the ceremony. I'm not sure if it's because it had been overused or what - but I had to run back to the hotel room and throw on the smaller size, which luckily fit just fine. There isn't a whole lot of give in the skirt, but the difference in one size wasn't too significant for me. Keep in mind it's a lot of fabric - I wore it to an October indoor/outdoor wedding in South Carolina so it was perfect but I wouldn't recommend it for a hot summer outdoor event. The skirt and the top do not match identically. The top matches the trim of the skirt and is a bit more silver than lavender.

This dress is beautiful. The teal slip actually fit me just fine, although I've seen other reviews noting that it was too short. I'm 5'7 and it was fine. I opted for a black slip underneath so it looked better with the tights I ended up having to wear due to the cold. I wore this to an engagement party and got multiple compliments (someone went as far as saying best dressed!). Overall, I think I would have liked it better if I could have gone with the teal slip underneath without tights (but hey, its January). It's not the most comfortable dress, but that comes with the sequin territory. I would say it fits true to size!

This was my first time renting from the runway, and it will be the first of many! This dress was absolutely gorgeous- I wore it to a 4:30 outdoor, June wedding. I was so nervous that the dresses would get here the night before the wedding and not fit or look right. I ordered a 6R and a 6L. The Regular was too short, but the Long couldn't have fit more perfectly. I'm 5'7 and I wore it with a pair of dressy, gold, flat sandals. I didn't even have to wear a bra with it - very comfy. I bought a teal statement necklace and teal/gold bangles to re-create the look of the model, I tied the halter in the back. I have absolutely no complaints about this dress. The hight slits made it easier to walk around. The gold threading caught the sunlight and looked awesome. The dress looks great with a golden spray tan!
