I was worried about the British sizing AND they only had the 12 which was the smaller size I was looking at but I took a risk and it paid off. The dress was beautiful and in wonderful condition. Looked brand new. The material was heavy but not too hot (I'm in FL in March) and it held its shape all night. I had to stand at a podium and speak in front of 450 people and at least 50 must have come up to me throughout the night complimenting the dress. There are certain dresses for certain occasions and this was perfect for my charity event. It is not "sexy", just formal and elegant. Also rented the necklace which was perfect.

Great dress! So many compliments. Wore my backup size 6L instead of the 8L as it just looked slimmer. The long was a perfect length...I'm 5'10" and wore 2" heels. Dress was new with tags! Didn't have the scratching problem under the arms that others had but I did feel the boning of the built in bra. Nothing I couldn't live with. Would SOOO rent again :-)
