At 5'9" this dress was plenty long for flats or heels, I wore with heels. My problem came in the form of the front button popping open constantly while I was running after the kids at the wedding. Maybe if it was a hook and eye instead it would stay better.... otherwise this was a fully appropriate dress, a larger size might help keep the front from popping open, I'm only a 32C, so not exactly well endowed to make it pop open. Also be ware of the front "wrap" is basically a huge slit, it worked well for constantly being up and down and pick up and putting down a toddler but when trying to crouch or sit on the floor or a low seat it was hard to keep everything covered. Great dress, maybe not most kid friendly.

As others have described, the dress was a bit tight on the wrists, but it wasn't overwhelming when trying to take the top off the dress on and off multiple times during the night/event to breast pump. The side cut out was just at the perfect spot for my short torso, and hit just above my hip bone. I tend to carry weight right at the hip, but if you carry weight right above or on your rib cage you'll probably have "spillage" through the cutout. I felt sexy, but still appropriate for a wedding at a conservative location. I paired with nude pumps and an 18" necklace.

Wore this for a work Cocktail party at a private cigar club, jacket mandatory type of place. I got the 2&4, while I. Was able to zip the 2, the 4 was more comfortable for eating and going up and down MANY stairs during the night. I'm so pleased with this dress I'm trying to decide if I want to go out and Jim st buy the dress. While some propel said they had issues with the shoulders slipping occasionally, I didn't have this issue, but I also hadn't been needing to lift my arms above my head the entire night. LOVE this dress. Will definitely rent it again if I don't buy it outright.
