I am 25 weeks pregnant and it was perfect for my baby bump.
I rented the smallest size because I knew this designer in general runs large.

I am usually a size 0 and sizing up one size was perfect for being 25 weeks pregnant. Plenty of room, but didn't lose the shape of the dress.
