I rented this for a special ceremony at my state's Governor's Office...In April. In the South. I think it's meant to be a Fall/Winter dress but I went with it. I played up the purple with a belt twist and purple sling backs. When I first put the dress on, I was in love. It's stretchy scuba material with rough edges so it's structured and form fitting. I found it to be forgiving, too. I will say I think it stretches out a smidge throughout the day. I have a large chest, and I had room to spare.

I adore this shirt dress. It's made to fit loosely (with pockets), and BONUS POINTS for not gaping for my 38DD boobs. I can almost never wear shirt dresses because of my boob size, so win! The material is thin so I wore a slip. The colors are bright but still muted because of the fabric texture and material. I feel so fun and Spring-y.

I am a bit top heavy and unfortunately, with my little extra COVID weight, the bust was too tight. But hanging on my shoulders, unzipped, it was SO beautiful. Great color and details. I'll rent again when I've slimmed down some.
