I'm also looking for a dress that will accommodate my 7month preggo belly. What sizes are you normally? I'm bigger busted, so I'm thinking this may work along with the stretchy material. Because of my bust, I would normally get an 8 or 10. Just not sure which size to get now. 

The dress was completely stretchy so it fit my 9 month pregnant belly! I looked slim in all the right places and the belly looked really cute!  The top was a bit wide and I had to pin the one side, but if you have a large chest, it would work great.
