Perfect for a spring formal wedding!
Rented for a spring “formal” wedding dress code. Dress was perfect and I received so many compliments!! The bust is on the tighter side, so something to consider. I did not have to wear a bra. Neckline is very modest, does not go too low at all! Will rent again.

Wore this for a research presentation and absolutely LOVED it. Paired with a black turtleneck body suit and wide legged pants for a conference, then dressed down with jeans later that night. True to size, not too warm. Will rent again!!

Got this dress to present at a conference. Absolutely LOVE the fit of the dress, but the bottom is completely see through beginning halfway on the rear. I tried a skirt slip underneath and you can still see everything. So disappointing.

Beautiful, but weird fit.
Loved the fabric of this dress! It was gorgeous. But the sizing was so weird. I’m a true 8, and while it fit, there was no way I could’ve been able to wear a bra with the 8 (very tight in the bust). I sized up to a 10 and felt like it was a smidge too big as a result.

The color of this dress is even better in person. Really liked it, but felt like the lines of the dress didn’t photograph as well. Also I’m a solid c cup and felt like I was still pulling up the dress the whole night.

I was a little nervous about reviews saying to size up, but I went with my gut and chose my regular size 8. It fit perfectly! The detailing on the bodice is beautiful and the silhouette really accentuated my curves. Don’t question renting!

IN LOVE
Honestly one of my favorite rentals. I’m usually a medium in everything (6-8, most of the time and 8) and it fit perfect. I’m a 34c and definitely have hips and I felt like it was SO flattering. Trying to convince my husband that I need to buy this!!!

Wore for medical school match day and absolutely loved it. Definitely size up if you have ANY hips whatsoever. The length was perfect! You’ll need a black strapless bra because I did find that my nude one showed some and felt like the black blended in better. No need for spanx!!!

Runs a little small in the bodice/bust. I'm a 34C and it was a snug fit, but not really problematic. Material doesn't have any stretch. Would order a size up. 6L was the perfect length, and I wore with 2 inch heels. Very comfortable and I danced all night in it! Beautiful dress and I got tons of compliments! I felt very classy with just enough sexiness.

Wore this cute romper to an early spring event.
Overall the fit is true to size, and was a great length for me (rompers usually are way too short). As others have said, the zipper is very difficult to navigate around the waist area, but I was able to figure out a way to work with it. If it had been more fitted, it definitely would have been very difficult. The lace is beautiful and fairly comfortable. I wore wedges since I was going to be on my feet all night. Fun outfit for a party! Definitely worth the rental price!

It is very form fitting, but has a little give. LOVED the way it fit actually. Material is thick, so hides any bumps and underwear lines. The color is a burgundy red and I promise there will not be another dress like it at your event! I wore it with a sticky bra, just in case the low v-neck slipped while I was dancing - didn't want any "extra" exposures! I hated to send it back - it was an absolutely perfect dress for a semi-formal dance!

This gown is absolutely gorgeous. Very, very classy with just enough sexiness so that you will feel like a princess instead of a matron. I listed "runs small" only because of the waistband - it's satin and has no give at all, so the 4L was just a wee bit snug. I went with the backup size (6L) and there was very little difference in the overall fit, except that the waistband was much more comfortable. Perfect dress for a formal event! Rent it! You won't forget it and will be one of the most beautiful ladies at your event!

Wore this gorgeous gown to a red carpet event. It was stunning and incredibly comfortable!
Runs true to size. Fabric has a little give so it is incredibly comfortable. I'm 5'7" and wore the 4L with 3 inch heels and it was the perfect length. When the light hits the dress, it twinkles and is just stunning!! Received so many compliments and felt very "old school Hollywood glam". The dress has a nice little train in the back that doesn't trip you at all, and no one stepped on it! Wore with a black strapless and it was perfect. Will definitly rent again. Rent the Runway is absolutely hands down the BEST way to wear gorgeous gowns!
