Wore this beauty at an outdoor wedding in upstate NY. Paired it with a leather jacket (already chilly up there!) and some rose gold heels - super chic transition-to-fall ensemble. The high neck and length of skirt keep it on the conservative side, but the lace cutouts and pleats make it special. Found the top to a big tight around the rib cage, but it might just be b/c of my longer torso. Would love to buy / rent again!

If you want feel sexy, look hot AND be comfortable - this is your dress! The fabric/ design is perfect for winter festivities while the unexpected shoulder cut-outs elevate this to cult status. So chic and classy. Originally rented for a friend's annual holiday party (big hit!) but loved it so much that I wore it the next night for dinner with friends from out of town, dressed down a bit with tall boots. The dress does run short but nothing that thick tights can't solve.

As a first time RTRer, I was immediately drawn this stunning print! Decided to rent for my birthday which fell on Wednesday - so had to work for both the office (conservative Wall Street bank) and my party that evening. This fit the bill PERFECTLY! Combined with blazer/ opague tights by day and awesome earrings/ heels by night, this beauty took me from boardroom to dance floor effortlessly. And the compliments were endless. Re: fit - a little snug in the sleeves but true to size. It also took a bit to get use to the neoprene/ scuba material, just very different.
