Wow. That's all I can say about this dress! It was so much fun to wear, it's truly a knock-out dress. Felt like a giant Ace bandage/body spanx, but in a very comfortable way. I am small chested so needed to continuously give the top a little tug to keep things appropriate. Yes, it holds you in as others have commented but we went out for a huge Italian dinner at the beginning of the evening and I definitely needed to consciously suck it in for photos. :) In order to emphasize the level of tightness this dress truly is, there is one picture from the evening taken at an angle so that you could clearly see the seam on the front of my tights...yikes!

My original rental for my 30th birthday was damaged by a prior renter, so RTR allowed me to upgrade to any style, regardless of price. I took the opportunity to look for something that I knew I would never be able to rent on my own, and it was amazing! As others have said, the dress is heavy, but not cumbersome to wear. The cut is superb and it fit like a glove. Only issue was when I sat down for dinner the whole thing shifted up, as it isn't terrible flexible. Also, the design is a lot of little white/gray dots, which give it a subtle shimmery effect, but the dress itself is definitely not shiny/sparkly/shimmery. I added the belt because, why not, it was my birthday and I wanted some bling. :) Overall a totally amazing dress and one that I wish I could wear again.

Perfect fit, though arms a little tight, don't get full range of motion but not significantly limiting. Very comfy. Added bonus...it has pockets! It was so fun to wear, classy and trendy at the same time.

Love love LOVED this dress. The 0L was snug, but I was still able to sit through a full dinner service without being uncomfortable. The 2L also fit fine, but the train of the dress significantly dragged on the ground, even in 4.5 inch heels (the 0L perfectly skimmed the floor in the back). Other reviews are correct that the sequins can be rough on your arms. Not terrible, and definitely worth it. The dress is shorter in the front, so be prepared for at least the toes of your shoes to show. Being able to wear a normal bra was an added bonus. My favorite part was that the bottom spun out a la Katniss Everdeen's fire dress in Hunger Games. I couldn't stop spinning the entire night!

Great dress! Tons of compliments. 0 and 2 both fit well but went with the 2 because it was longer. I ordered the regular length and the dress, which is a bit longer in back, just barely skimmed the floor in 4 1/2" heels. If you are at the cutoff height (5'6") and skinny and want the dress to be as long as in the photo, I would recommend ordering the long length if you are wearing good heels. You could definitely see the tops of my shoes in front but they were simple, elegant peep toe pumps (actually Badgley Mischka's as well) and it looked fine.
