So fun!
If you want something that shows off your figure... at all, this is the wrong dress for you. However, if you have a lovely decolletage and want something breezy with pockets for incredibly hot weather that rent this. I love it but it could also be a bit of a mumu on the wrong body type. I would buy it but, for some reason, it's $700!?! It's a great rental.

This is sweater is cooler than all your other sweaters.
If I were the kind of person who would spend nearly $400 on a used sweater I would have already bought this from RTR. The weight is perfect. Warm enough to wear in a house that is stingy with the heat and be comfortable and still you won't overheat in your office or a restaurant. The neckline is eversoslightly sexy without calling too much attention to itself. You could pair this with a close-fitting, teal or grey, vegan leather pencil skirt, some white booties and chunky earrings for a great first date outfit. I got a number of compliments on it. Will definitely be renting it again.

Perfect denim jacket
I decided to bite the bullet and rent a denim jacket even though I was dreading feeling like I was being dragged back to all the worst parts of 1989. But when the jacket arrived it was so cute I didn't regret the choice. It hit me in just the right place on the waist so I didn't look boxy. The fabric has just enough stretch. Shoulder seams and sleeve lengths hit in all the right places. And I love this particular wash.

cute but wires are weird
The cut is adorable. The fabric and lining were better than I expected. But I should have ordered a small. However, the wire boning used to help hold the shape of the breasts is odd, almost upturned. It was too big in the medium and I think it would have been the wrong shape in a small. Cute concept. Will definitely work for someone else.

Change up your weekend wear
I paired this with the Dreyden rust rees sweater to see if I could pull off a slightly more chic than yoga pants and a tunic or jeans and a sweater over the weekend. This was a great look. I got just the right number of compliments that let me know that I looked good but that it looked close enough to my natural style that it didn't look like I was in costume. The pants won't keep you want but, confoundingly they don't breathe well. Spring or fall will be the best time to wear these. I loved the wide waistband. I'm usually a size 4 but I run a bit thick around the middle so I choose the medium. It was just the tiniest bit big but I loved how comfy I was. Paired with the sweater, I think these pants looked way cuter than they do here.
