There are 3 side ties on this dress- that accentuate the rushing. Those with small waists might like. I’m more up and down - not that curvy. The neckline really exaggerates shoulders - closer to halter in a way

So so cute. Flattering somehow although super wide. Lovely flow- heavy weight but high quality so floats. Need a strapless bra. I am large busted and broad shouldered and I loved it.
