It's a really nice work dress if you giving a talk or doing something special, like a work dinner.
It runs large. I have been wearing a 12 and even the 10 was plenty big on me.

I couldn't wear it -
Someone else had mentioned the sleeves but since I am a 10/12, I thought it would be ok. I couldn't even power through it for a photo shoot - sleeves were like a size 4 ... I think it's a design flaw. If you need a 10/12, you don't weigh 110 pounds and your arms aren't super-skinny... it's as if they just made a bigger body with the same skinny sleeves.
