I should have known the length of this dress would overwhelm me at just 5'4". Wearing the XS would have helped but it felt too tight across the chest for the minimal difference in length.

I wore this for a pre-pageant prep seminar, received many compliments on it, and felt like a million bucks! If I owned it I'd have it altered to be a bit more form fitting but for renting purposes it was just fine. Nice heavy fabric which was appropriate for late winter with a wrap over it when outdoors and without in climate-controlled areas.
