Based on the reviews I got the medium and a small as a backup. I'm 5' 2" and 135 lbs and the medium fit perfectly. It could've been a bit too long if I smoothed out all the ruching, but I bunched it a bit more around my stomach and hips which pulled the hemline up to right below knee level. The ruching was also very flattering around my midsection. Wore stick on cups instead of a bra - you definitely can't go bra-less as it's pretty sheer. Overall was a great dress for a summer outdoor wedding.
