Gorgeous but incredibly heavy. Also quite tight in the waist. I had grabbed an xs as it was the only one available and sometimes xs works for me and sometimes it doesn't so that was just a gamble on my part however I do feel it was not necessarily true to size. I would consider again if I had an event in the dead of winter and a size up was available.

They were cute but kept falling off because they were huge width-wise. Hopefully RTR can adjust them somehow. I would have used them more had they fit correctly but I was too scared to lose or damage them and didn't want to constantly adjust them.

Obviously these are going to allow a bit more of a look at one's skin in general if they bend over while wearing them, due to the open/pleated cut of the shorts, but they were also super short so it really made everything show if you bend over while wearing. A little more length would be appropriate for this type of cut. I'm only 5'1" too. I didn't wear them for this reason.
