Good for lounging - nothing special
I wore this top on weekends and for low-key days at the office. Wasn't super flattering but was better than a T-shirt.

Beautiful top but hard to manage
Bring fashion tape to keep your chest from popping out! The shirt is also very short and tends to ride up. But if you can get everything just right, it's a great-looking top!

Elegant dress, pop of color, BUT watch out for the pooch
I wore this dress to an evening wedding in late September. The skirt flowed beautiful and was great for spinning around on the dance floor. The color was beautiful and stood out. BUT beware that any iota of lower belly pooch will show with this dress. Even with Spanx it is nearly impossible to hide the pooch.

Worked great with skinny jeans at an in-person event. On zoom looked like I was wearing a bathrobe.
The shirt is very elegant, and I got lots of compliments when I wore it to an in-person event. It does require some fashion tape to keep it from exposing my entire chest, and it rides high - watch out for inadvertent torso flashing when wearing it. Aside from that, though, very comfortable. I would *not*, however, recommend this for zoom calls. My coworker asked me if I was wearing a bathrobe.

Colors really pop. Awesome statement shirt.
Got so many compliments on this shirt. Most people commented on the colors or said, "Wow, that's retro!" One guy said, "I wish I could wear cool shirts like that." I guess he'll have to wait until RTR does menswear :)

I liked this dress but didn't love it.
The way the dress fell on the body was very elegant, but the print looked a little tacky up close. Not sure why, as I haven't felt this way about other Derek Lam prints.

Very elegant top, especially love the collar
I agree with some others that this does wrinkle easily, but it wasn't extreme. I wore this top several times: for a date, for a work event, and for a wine tasting. Very versatile. Just make sure you've got the right bra to go with it.

Rented this for a work conference but ended up not wearing it. When I put it on, I felt a bit too much like Liberace. Having said that, I don't usually wear flashy things, so I don't doubt that a more enterprising lady could pull this off!
