I felt this fit true to size. Fit like a glove. Some reviews mention the top being too low or awkward, I felt like it was perfect. The dress is long so I didn't mind it being a little more low cut. I also wore a thin lace bra and not a push up bra so they weren't crazy out there either. I wore it to a evening church wedding and felt it was a really good choice. Classy and sophisticated.

I wore this for New Year's Eve and it was perfect. It is very structured and does not stretch, but it is not tight on the hips. I have a smaller waist with an athletic butt and thighs and this fit PERFECTLY. This is a great pencil-esque type skirt for girls with a bigger booty. It was a great length to wear high waisted and still be classy without it ending up too short. It ended up being exactly what I wanted. The material was beautiful and anything that has pockets I'm a fan of. I did not want to send this back. I actually googled it trying to find where I could buy it.
