I had 4 weddings in 3 months. With only 1 wedding down, I am cancelling my membership.
I thought my plan allowed for 16 items in 1 month, but it does not. I had 10 items sent to me and used only 3. The customer service person tried to explain the "swap" thing but it doesn't make sense to me. Quite frankly it's easier to go to the store, try on what you like, pay for it and keep the item instead of the ordering on RTR, waiting for it to arrive, trying it on and then repacking it and going to FEDEX to return it when it doesn't fit or the quality isn't what you thought. Lesson learned.

I would have liked a more fitted jean jacket and this was slightly baggy. If I order again, I'd get a small and not medium.
